1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the okayji platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and okayji. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the okayji platform.
These terms apply to all users of okayji, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform, and anyone accessing the okayji mobile app. Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility
To register and play on okayji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Okayji is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an okayji employee.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the okayji platform.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
Okayji reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
18+ Only: Okayji takes age verification seriously. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, we will suspend the account pending verification without prior notice.
3 Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one account only on okayji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Okayji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at [email protected].
- One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.
- You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
- Okayji may require identity verification documents before activating full account functionality.
4 Deposits
Okayji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your okayji account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be adjusted by okayji from time to time without prior notice.
- All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Okayji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to other people.
- Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
- Okayji does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Instant Deposits: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are credited to your okayji balance immediately after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawals on okayji are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted in exceptional circumstances at okayji's discretion, subject to identity verification.
Standard withdrawal processing time on okayji is under three minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. During periods of high volume or system maintenance, processing times may be longer. Okayji will notify players of any expected delays.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of the withdrawal request.
- Okayji reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
- Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.
- Okayji does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have outstanding verification requirements.
Verification: To protect all players, okayji may request a copy of your national ID or other documents before releasing large withdrawals. This is standard practice and is not a cause for concern.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
Okayji offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out here.
Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion.
- Okayji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed.
- Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
- Free spins and other non-cash bonuses are subject to their own specific terms.

7 Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the okayji platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is published on the relevant game page and reflects the verified, long-term average payout rate.
Game results on okayji are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round, okayji reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction will not be paid.
- Each game has its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.
- Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.
- Okayji does not manipulate game outcomes. All results are determined by the certified RNG.
- In the event of a dispute about a game result, the okayji system log is the definitive record.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okayji platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Creating more than one account on okayji.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing okayji staff or other players.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the okayji platform.
Zero Tolerance: Okayji operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and cheating. Accounts found in violation will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
9 Responsible Gaming
Okayji is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide tools to help players stay in control of their play. These tools are available to every account holder immediately from the account dashboard.
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
- Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period.
- Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
- Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Account Suspension & Closure
Okayji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email. You may appeal a suspension by contacting [email protected]. Okayji will review all appeals within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the account holder.
- Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support.
- Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
- Accounts closed due to terms violations will have their balances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the okayji platform — including but not limited to the logo, game graphics, interface design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of okayji or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any okayji content without express written permission.
The okayji name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may result in legal action.
12 Limitation of Liability
Okayji provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Okayji will not be liable for losses arising from:
- Platform downtime or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
- Losses resulting from a player's own decisions during gameplay.
- Unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to keep credentials secure.
In all cases, okayji's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
13 Privacy
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the okayji Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By registering on okayji, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Okayji does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance only.
14 Changes to These Terms
Okayji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, okayji will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
Continued use of the okayji platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
